We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have two simple options for making a return.

Return For Refund:

Return the item for a full refund within 30 days from the shipped date.

You can return the item up to 60 days for exchange or store credit!

Bonus: The store credit will include the full value PLUS complimentary FREE shipping, so you won’t have to pay for shipping twice.

Making an Expedited Exchange:

If you would like to make an expedited exchange, simply place a new order, and add in the Extra Notes that you are making the order as an exchange. Then, once we receive your return, we will refund you automatically.


Return Process:


  1. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
  2. If your return is received after 30 days from the shipped date, you will be issued store credit automatically.
  3. Your store credit can be found under “My Account” ---> “My Store Credits”. You will receive a store credit code, which you will use to place your new order.

Please Note:

  1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. The original tag must still be attached.
  2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable when returned for a refund.
  3. All SALE & Personalized/Custom printed items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Please Note: the cheapest way to send an item back is to send it through the post office using first class mail. Be sure to keep the tracking information for your records.

Using Store Credit:

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email with your store credit information. To pay with your store credit, enter the store credit code you received in the checkout page under the "apply coupon" box.

The store credit code will be linked to your account, so you must be logged in with the same account you used to make the original purchase. The store credit has no expiration date and will be available at any time. If you need help using your store credit, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.
