We put great effort to ensure the best shopping experience possible. If for some reason are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 15 days of receipt for a different item or for a store credit.

Here are the rules for exchange and returning for store credit:

• 1. Exchange & return for store credit within 15 days of receipt.
• 2. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, and returned in their original condition with the original tag attached.
• 3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• 4. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
• 5. Unless we sent you the wrong item, the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
• 6. Exchange Shipping Costs: $5-$7 In The US & Canada, $10-12 International.
  Once we ship out the exchanged item, we will bill the shipping amount to the credit card on file, if you used paypal as your payment method, we will send you a payment request before we ship out your item.
• 7. Items that will be shipped after the return policy date, will not be accepted. In rare cases where we do accept the items, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

How to make a return for store credit?

Pretty simple, if you are planning to make a return please ship back the item to:

In order to expedite the return process, it is best if you email us at sales@29Nunder.com to notify us that you are planning to return your item.

Store credit will be issued to your 29NUnder account and you will receive an email once your return has been processed with your store credit amount.



How do I make an exchange?

Pretty simple, If you are interested in making an exchange please email us at sales@29Nunder.com. It will help us expedite the exchange process for you. Please indicate in the email what items you would like exchanged and leave your contact info in case we have any questions.

Expedited Exchange Process - If you want to expedite your exchange process simply make a new order for the item that you want to make the exchange for, and add a note that you are making an exchange for this item. Once we receive the item you sent back, we will refund your credit card. Pretty Simple!

Return Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return from the day we received your item. If you want to know if we received your package, please check your tracking information. We are not able to provide any information regarding your return until your return is fully processed. Once your return is processed, we will email you your store credit information and instructions on how to use your store credit when making a purchase.
